Besides that, sleep with a fan or AC on. The night sweats are just from an increased internal body temperature. There isn' really anything you can do about it.
get the room as cold as possible that's all you can really do.. I never really get them to bad mostly in the beginning of the cycle.. But I think it's because I use to sweat at night anyways back in the day so I'm kind of use to it.. Another thing that helps is the take a shower and stand right In front of the fan until your bone dry then lay down with it blasted on you..
Hey Dan, I was getting the same thing. Even though the room wasn't that hot I'd get really sweaty at night.
I used a fan and I've been taking some Melatonin supplement before bed. The melatonin makes me sleep like a baby and I wake up fine in the morning even when I don't use the fan. Give it a try.
