Hi! I'm an Italian boy, it's the first time that i write here Sorry my mistakes, my english is not perfect!

I'm 25 years old, 1.80 centimeters and 84 kilograms. Im offcicle since july 2009 and now i want to return on!!!

Can you suggest me a good cicle for january and feb?

My target are 90 kg
