every one tells me you can buy needles otc in ny city but all the pharmacies i went to wont sell without a script are they really legal to own in ny city?

I have purchsed them plenty of times in NYC. Try another pharmacy. All they ever asked to see was my drivers license to check my age.

When I stayed in NYC, I had trouble finding needles, until I started roaming alleys. My first night out I collected two dozen from the arms of dead junkies.
