Is it possible to use one needle size for every spot?

I was thinking of 25G x 5/8 inch.

Will this be good for glutes and quads?
Or should I get 1 inch for those? and go for a higher gauge also?

Unless you are VERY thin/lean, 5/8 is too short for glutes. Personally I would only use 5/8 for delts, even quads I think its a bit short. You want to get you injections deep into the muscle. This is what I use. I think most will agree:

22 or 23G 1.5 for glutes
25G 1" for quads/delts.
