need help on sleep drugs

i have alot of trouble sleeping, which of course is horrible for making gains. Ive used xanax valium and ambien alot to help me ease into deep muscle building sleep. But i dont use them alot cuz i dont wana get addicted.
my question is what drugs out there are good for sleep that arent prescriptions. Like over the counter or unscheduled drugs. Whats good for getting to sleep?
