Need help with emotional problems on cycle

I am doing my PCT now, as they describe it on the EVO perfect PCT. The physical recovery seems to be nice, but the emotional not so nice. Feeling very down from time to time. What compounds might be causing that, and what can I do about that?

It's very normal to feel emotional while on a PCT. It's a very stressful time on the body. Your body is going through a hormonal roller coaster as the the steroids from your cycle clear out of your body and your natural testosterone production restarts.

The SERMS used in a PCT protocol (clomid and nolvadex) are known to cause emotional side effects in some people. It's only temporary. You will feel back to your normal self once your PCT is over.

If it becomes unbearable, reduce the dosages of clomid and nolvadex you are using. I recommend trying to stick it out though because the dosages outlined in the perfect PCT protocol are optimal to restart natural testosterone production. The perfect PCT protocol is truly the best PCT you can run.

You can lower a bit the dosages of the SERMS in the PCT, but if the emotional side effects are bearable, just give it a bit of time - during the PCT you will ramp down the dosages, and the hormonal levels will balance out.
