bigstve12 New member Nov 12, 2004 #2 stick to resistance training. It has been shown to stimulate osteoblasts (bone building cells). Just try to hit like 2-3 exercises for evey bodypart with a rep range of 12-15. How old is this person? What burb are you from? I grew up in NW burbs
