For the next few months, I want to focus more on gettin a lot stronger more than gettin bigger. Do any of you have any good strength training routines?
Go to the Muscle Media home page where they have the Shawn Phillips bench press program. It is basic as far as powerlifting routines go, but it works well for a powerlifting newbie.
Just delete this and repost it on the training board bro.....
