Need To Get Lean, How To Do It???

Hey guys. The summer is here and I need to get cut and lean fast. I have a thin layer of fat over my body which has to go away. I tried finaplix for a couple of weeks, but mymuscles got extremely swollen and sore, so I won't use that again. I have 25 amps of winny depot, and was wondering what else I can add to acheive my goals. Need to lose about 5 pounds of fat in a month or so. Also, what kind of training routine, and diet should I follow??? Thanks for all the help
