There are two of us here starting a cycle this week and need help figuring out what is best. We both have access to Deca, Norandren 200 and testerone.
One of us is 5'7" 145 pounds with a pretty nice build already and very low body fat and is already pretty cut but has a hard time gaining weight etc. Wants to add good muscle weight.
The other one is 5"10 195 pounds with about 15 pounds of fat to lose. This one can gain muscle weight pretty easily. Wants to lose the fat and gain about 20 pounds of muscle.
Can you please give us some advice on the proper type of cycle based on what we have to use and the above stats for each person. Appreciate all your help.
