Trying to shift about 10kg of lard over the next 12 weeks and put on some nice lean mass
heres what i intend to take
Weeks 1-2: clen and t3
weeks 3-4: winstrol
weeks5-6: winstrol, clen and t3
weeks 7-8: esto supress (test boosters?)
weeks 9-10: clen and t3
weeks 11-12 rehabilitate into my normal exercise and diet routines to maintain weight and strength
i will also be taking:
ketotifen
Esto supress
milk thistle
Diet will be high protein low carbs low fats
Exercise will consist of 4-5 weight sessions and 5-6 cardio sessions weekly
Would like some advice on dosage, i've heard 50mg/day for winny and up to 140mcg for clen not sure about t3, and i am also curious, should i stack winstrol with testosterone?
Anybody with past experience cycling clen/winny/t3 please share your experiences
also please let me know whether this is acheivable or not over 12 weeks
