nausea and sick on sarms

I have been using sarms for 4 days now and the first day I used it I immediately felt sick, like I wanted to throw up. I let it pass and then the next day after my dose I immediately threw up and gagged on it. Seems like the liquids don’t agree with me. Is it cause I am not used to it or something else?

You should drink the sarms after food and you will be fine.

you need to eat with them then... anytime you get nausea like that its generally from the suspension used and food with alleviate that...

It might also be the grain alcohol they're in

I made the same mistake my first time and didn’t eat with them. After a while it won’t phase you.

I mix all of my liquids with diet sprite, that strong fake sugars and flavors in the soda mask the taste.
