Natural HRT vs Synthetic HRT

NHRT seems to be all the Docs here know about. Are the troches/creams as effective as synthetic test like sus 250 or something. Which would be the way to go?

I would describe sus as natural it is just esters which the body has plenty of esterases for. It is the derivatives c17 alkylated etc that are synthetic
