anyone located in california who has done a TRT at this clinic? I tried a few clinics in the past but their service sucked

I send a lot of my US clients there. They are VERY bodybuilder friendly. You can book a Skype consultation with the doctor. They will send you lab forms to do and then mail you your prescription.

Personally I just do self TRT. It is very cost effective and as long as you have a good source and are responsible with blood work it will be fine.
