I was wondering what do you recommend I take from napsgear to help get my water back under control

I’m up 16 pounds in 6 weeks so i know most of that is water and probably not good

Considering you are using those 2 compounds you very likely need an AI. What dose of test and dbol are you on?

a few options
1-reduce the Dose of TEST and most def Dbol
2- Arimidex or any Estrogen blocker will help the reduction of the water retention.
