Seated overhead press:
2 x 10
7 x 4

Rear delt fly:
4 x 15

Upright row:
4 x 10

Seated lateral raises:
3 x 10

Dumbbell Shrugs:
6 x 10

And that is all for today….hitting the road tomorrow so will pick hotel with a decent gym
