Did squats 135 up to 465 (5 sets)
Leg press up to 1100 (6 sets)
Light close foot leg press (4 sets)
Hack squat (4 sets)
Leg curls (5 sets)
Leg extensions (5 sets)
Seems like a lot but I skipped last week due to some back pain...
Felt strong and good! I can definitely tell my legs are growing like crazy lately!
