what's the craziest thing you have done to lose weight quickly? I mean like living on a supermodel diet of minithins, ex lax, and tic tacs, etc and so forth... just curious.
1900 cals a day and E/C/A 2 times a day for 2 straight months. Cardio 6 times a week in the morn and weights at night. Needless to say I did not have fun for those 2 months
