I'm having some neck problems when I work out
I am hoping you guys can help me and recommend which sarms works best
I train 45 minutes per day and go every chance i get
I’m in my mid 30’s. Also it bothers me when i sleep or stand up

Neck issues will not solve themselves. You need a doctor visit and he will send you to a physical therapist. You can go over your workout with the physical therapist and they might be able to do some modifications to alleviate the pain and give you some new stuff to strengthen the neck.
