My first steroid cycle (test e +rad140) 12weeks

Hy there, so im doing my first ever steroid cycle off test e 500mg pinned twice per week , and ill also be using 20mg rad140 as a kickstart . Do I need some AI as on cycle support or is just nolva 20mg/ed enough ? Ill prob throw winny as a finisher

nolva is not an AI

yes you need an AI, very few guys can get away without one

Nolva is what the old guys used before AI's were around. I would highly recommend you run aromasin 10mg EOD throughout your cycle. Also, you didn't make any mention of PCT at all. I will give you a link to that as well as N2Guard. If you decide to run winny at the end you will absolutely need N2Guard to keep your liver safe.

Here's what I recommend:


Weeks 1 - 10
testosterone e or cyp 500mg/week (inject 250mg twice per week)
aromasin 12.5mg every other day <- very important to prevent against estrogen related side effects like gyno and water retention.
