My bicep is almost CUT IN HALF!!! Oh my good - SPRAIN, STRAIN!!!!

YEH!!!


I just found two key exercises for my biceps.

SQUAT!!


And Bent over dumbell row...


Finally after doing squats I managed to increase my reps fpr bent over exercise.


I did 2 sets of supersetted Bent over row.
I used 90 pound dumbell for 10 reps... WOW! Full range of motion, no swinging.... Then do the other side and immeadetely do 45 pound dumbell rows for evne more reps./...


And boom... My biceps are HURTING! That day it was hard for me to move my hands up././... Hell, brushing teeth is a chore now!!! Now I feel almost sharp pain in my biceps and tendosnds (not sure about that)...

And that workout was on monday... Today is wednesday.

I never been so sore..... WOW! I hope my tortured muscles (and in every sense they were
:D ) GROW!!!!


Atleast in strenth.,....


YEH!!! bent overs are kinda gay, but they allow you to "curl" much more weight than you normal could while working your back.....

my biceps grew with reverse chin-ups .. and bent-rows ... gotta do the back exercise to blast those biceps indirectly
