Muscle hardness

What are some aas you can take for muscle hardness, I know Halo is one but isnt it hard on the liver. Im older now and dont want to torch the liver. Any suggestions?

Forget this. Even those that suggest one will only mean they can be effective with work. Just be lean and practice REALLY flexing a muscle and it'll end up feeling hard.

masteron and winstrol are the two best... anavar and primo and of course tren, are also great but just because these are the right ones does not necessarily mean they are right for you... that comes down to condition, experience, etc.. s4 is an excellent sarm for this goal as well...

You have to be lean for any hardener to work. What is your stats and experience
