Excerpt: Anyone else experience cramps in whatever muscle you worked about an hour post training? It happens especially bad for me in my bi' s, tri's, and chest. This problem is also exacerbated by being on cycle, especially when I'm running tren I know it's not dehydration because I drink at least a gallon a day, I've also tried supplementing with potassium but that didn't help either, any suggestions?

    I haven't really had this happen, but I supplement extra taurine and potassium on cycles like that.

    potassium supplements are very weak bro... you have to take far far far too many of them to get much out of them... you have to make diet changes to make sure you are getting it that way.. please dont say bananas either... they are not even close to the best foods for potassium... here, watch these videos

    The only time I have cramps is when I don't drink enough. Drink more...
