did front squats to warm up my knees and hips for the torture to come... my max with 225 is about 10 reps...

This right here fuckin rocks dude. Only 2 things. Your helper needs to get off his ass and be more in tune with you bro, he is not helpin you too dam much.
Also just give this a try. Try em bbr style. By that I mean no pause on lockout. Dont even lockout, bring the weight back to you just shy of lockout. This way you keep constant tension on those quads. I know youre about strength, but for the contest you gotta think looks bro:evil:.

walking lunges

start off doing a few reps at lower heights,

some pistol squats at the top, lost balance towards the end, had to put myself back in check...

i dont to these very often, just had so extra energy and my deadlift can always use some extra work...

moya bro, the way you do shrugs is not good for you neck. Next time you do them have your partner put their hand behind your head when you are standing there with the weight. Then you will be able to feel not to punch your chin forward the way you do.
Also give power shrugs a shot, you may like them better.

a good workout, not my best ever but wanted to get a good variety of exersises in and work on a pump... also the low carbs are a bitch to work with...

my wife does a much better job spotting, but i wanted her to do the camera... the other trainer that works there does a much better job too...
and i didnt even want help racking the lunges, he just did that on his own...
next week... deadlift vids :evil: ...and that is my specialty...

Nice freaking Job Mighty Mouse. That's some serious work. I wish I could do pistols but my knees just won't let me.
 
ok, thankfully they fixed the sauna at the gym... my bodyweight is up to 160 post sauna, and i am still getting leaner...
feel very refreshed sitting in there for about a half hour stretching... glutes a little sore from yesterday, but no real soreness in my quads... they are prettty used to hard workouts, so i am going to have to pick up the pace here...
 
ok... today was the first day i did not stick to my diet plan 100%... but its because i got a little food poisening from eating a proposedly bad chicken breast... at least thats all i can link it to...
after eating my 3rd meal of the day @work this morning, i felt some seriously sharp pain in my lower abdomen... felt nautious and tried to chuck it up... but i wasnt able to until 4 hours later when i got home... so i missed a meal or two... but feel completely fine now... tomorrow morning the workouts continue as usual, planning on flat bench and back squats for my main lifts, then probably some iso work on the chest... i'll just go by instinct...
ooh, i get to pin 2ml's tomorrow, looking forward to that :evil: ...i just love pinning...
