As for hgh we know it can cause facial features, jaw line nose forehead etc in higher doses and maybe an increase and enlarging in the heart, now doses of mk677 at 20mg a day will it do any of these?

Assuming it's a low dose no.

the thing you notice with MK/nutrobal right away is the appetite increases which can be annoying

HGH will only cause changes to your facial structure if you use absurd dosages for extremely long periods of time. I am talking like 10+iu per day for 10+ years without any breaks in between.

20mg of nutrobal would be equivalent to about 3-4IU of pharmacy grade HGH. That dosage will not cause any changes in your facial structure. You have nothing to worry about.

Nutrobal is not going to cause those effects. It works with your own body to increase GH pulses which is very different from injecting exogenous HGH.
