MK677 and insulin.

I have some mk677 on the way and I have seen that using insulin with it can help muscle growth so my question is how much insulin to take when on mk677 and when to take it?? Any help appreciated thanks guys!

I've only just read an article on MK677 by Brian Batchelor. The short version is take it in the morning (at nights it fucks your sleep).

If you are going to use insulin with MK-677, I would use a long acting form of insulin like lantus and take both before bed.

Before using the insulin I would check your fasting blood sugars and see if insulin is even needed. Insulin is only needed if you have high fasting blood sugar

I would drop the insulin. MK677 will do what you need without it.

there is no reason nor need whatsoever to use insulin with 677 man... none at all... i realize that people use it with hgh but that is not necessary in any way, shape or form with 677

Insulin will just make you fat. I have seen this over and over. Leave it to the top level competitors.
