It works. I would compare it to be on around 2iu of actually GH. It is much more economical then GH if you are looking for the therapeutic benefits of it, and it is a lot more convenient to take than the other GHRP's that needs to be injected multiple times a day.
It does have some draw backs though. You will hold a little bit of water on it.. this can be managed with a good diet though. It may increase your hunger, which can be a positive or negative thing depending on your goals. It may also cause a bit of lethargy.. but that is very common with GH anyways.
It is an excellent alternative to hgh
