Anyone experienced lower back pains on MK-677? If so any suggestions to help? I was thinking turmeric?

I don't know what pumps are. Steve it just cramps up and is sore from doing normal house hold stuff. I've heard this can happen when using orals or carrying a lot of water.

Muscle cramps/lower back pumps are a very common problem for a lot of steroid users when using compounds that cause water retention like HGH, nutrobal, dbol etc.

Here are my 4 main tips to prevent muscle cramps/lower back pumps:

1. Make sure you are drinking enough water through out the day. 5-6L per day minimum. Remember that stimulants (coffee) and alcohol are diuretics and don't count towards your total.

2. Make sure you are taking in enough electrolytes (think sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium)

3. Supplement with 2-5g of taurine per day. Ideally you would put it in the water you drink during your workouts and sip on it through out your workout

4. Often neglected and over looked, make sure you are stretching after each workout and try to incorporate foam rolling a few times per week into your program to help remove lactic acid from tight muscles.

If you just started your nutrobal then you might be experiencing a little water retention. This subsides after a couple weeks.

Yeah I started a few weeks ago. I'm running 25mg's a day. I am bloated, I put on weight really quick. The hunger has been more manageable, but my knees are killing. Will that go away? I've been killing it with the stretching and use of the foam roller.

The water weight will go away slowly as your body gets used to the drug. It won't go away completely but it'll probably become 50% of what it is now.

The best thing you can do to prevent water retention is simply drink enough water each day. When you flood your body with water, your body will prevent water storage because it is getting the signal that it is getting more then sufficient water each day.

Remember that water is your body's most precious resource. If you are dehydrated even slightly, it'll retain water as a defence mechanism.

Not sure about knees with Nutrobal but the water retention usually subsides after around 2 weeks. I suspect it will get much better for you. Glad to hear the hunger side is much more manageable this time. That can be tough for some people.
