mixing HCG...best way..right/wrong way?

need some help friends; I've searched previous threads and can
find nothing but "mix and refrigerate". I've got seperate 1500iu
amps so I don't need to store.
any tips on best way to mix would be appreciated.

Open the water amp (presuming your sterile water is in an amp)

Suck the water up with with the syringe.

Open the amp with the crystaline stuff in it.

Inject the water in to the amp.

Make sure it dissolves completely.

Draw the misture up in to the syringe.

Clean the injection site with alcohol, and inject.

if the glass amp of water has a little dot on the neck be sure to face the dot AWAY from you -- this indicates the scored side and the top will snap off easier.
