Ok guys, a couple questions...

First you can reconsitute with bac water right?

Second, once reconsituted does it have to keep refridgerated or can I take it travelling with me?

Reconstitute with BA water. Then it has to be refrigerated. It lasts a couple weeks in the refrigerator.

would it last 5-10 days outside the fridge at room temp?

No. I wouldn't count on it lasting even one day at room temp. Unless you live in a very cold place.
