The size of the bottle is usually 10ml and the dose is per ml injected.

What IS annoying and I see this a LOT. Is people state 'I take X ML a week'. When that is a misnomer.

If you say I take 6ml then does that mean 6000mg of test? Or 6 x 1ml with 250mg in it?

The issue is while the mg per ML might be common it's not 100% a given. I prefer the mg a week over trying to guess.

2 mL per week = 350 + 350 = 700mg

You got it. 350mg/ml might have a bit of PIP though just as a heads up. Pretty high concentration.
