had a helluva workout today. I did monkey bars, tons of pullups.. then did bench press and tricep work. finished the workout with a lot of stretching and band work.. and yoga.
I'm sleeping different on HGH.. i am not waking up at all to piss at night, i am sleeping much harder which is great. noticing some faster recovery too in the gym so far. great stuff, shit is a must use as you get older
