low test levels worried

Welcome to the EliteFitness.com Bodybuilding Site! Please join this discussion about low test levels worried within the Anabolic Steroids category.

Excerpt: I was recommended by Steve on here to get pre cycle bloodwork to flag any issues, glad I checked with him because my numbers came in at only 334 and I am in my late 20's. Could stress I am going through right now be the culprit ? The thing is I have never had issues with gaining muscle or strength so that is interesting.

not everyone was born with 1000 test levels and yes stress can be the culprit for sure. if you are making gains then i wouldn't pay much attention to it at all.

some people just have lower levels... if you are not having symptoms then dont stress it whatsoever.. if you are then you need to go speak to an endocrinologist...

It really comes down to how you feel and if you have any symptoms of low testosterone. You may only need a number in the 300s for your body to function normally.
