Low Test

I am 23 years old and have never done AAS I took a blood test and it shows my levels to be on the lower side of the range like right on the border. Is this an indicator to possibly get on a test cycle? I know you guys recommend 25 as a good starting point but the blood work shows otherwise. What do you guys think?

Bad idea. Having low test will not be helped by taking test - quite the opposite.

a lot of younger guys have low test. has a lot to do with electronics, poor lifestyle, stress, etc.

the lifestyle of your generation is awful. you guys don't sleep enough and you are too addicted to electronics

Book an appointment with an endocrinologist. There may be something wrong with your pituitary, testicles etc.

What were your actual testosterone numbers? Did you get LH and FSH tested as well?

It is more likely an indicator that you need major lifestyle changes. Do you drink alcohol, smoke, how is your sleep, do you exercise, what is your diet like?

please let us know what kind of lifestyle you are living because as others pointed out, that can have a direct impact
