Low Blood Sugar problem (help)

Wasnt getting any answers on the other board so I thought I'd post it here. I have a problem with low blood sugar ever since I changed my diet. I am constantly getting dizzy and blacking out whenever I stand. Is there a way to prevent this besides eating more sugar? I'm at high risk for diabeties so I can't have much sugar.

Pretty much I just cut out all the junk food right now, just to get my system prepared for my bulking cycle diet.

Right now I pretty much eat rice krispy or honey oat cereal, eggs, LOTS of water, chicken breast, red meat, and lettuce. My stomach feels like its always hungry now but its a sick feeling, not really a starving feeling. Whenever I eat it usually goes away. It seems to me that I am eatting alot, but of course the stuff I am eatting now has way less calories and fat than what I use to eat so I can't tell if I am taking in more or less calories. My scale says I lost 2 pounds but I'm pretty sure thats water wieght..

Maybe when I start my bulking cycle it will stop?
(Eggs, Tuna, Chicken Breast, Red Meat, Protien mix, flax, creatine, glutamine)

the only thing i can think of is u may have lowered the caloires to low....it could be that, im not sure. i would see a doc if your blacking out...my sister in law blacks out and takes meds for it. so it could be something other then diet....stress is a big factor , could be that the stress of eating low calories/low sugar could be over doing...but im not sure, see what other respounces u get....
