Looking for some advice

My question: What kind of program should I follow if I want to add some muscle/ weight (I'm 6'2'' 195 lbs) I know what I should do in the gym but I don't know much about dieting.Please help!

Eat, Eat, Eat, Eat, Eat, Eat, Eat.

Stay away from fatty foods

Eat 8 times a day and get as many carbs and protein as possible.

Um...Yeh, that about sums it up. First things first and that's your diet. Read all you can about bodybuilding nutrition. Magazines and these boardsa re the best place to start. EAT BIG TO GET BIG. Get your complete proteins in and fill your muscle glycogen stores up with ample carbs. Learn which foods are "acceptable" to eat and eat them. You should be eating every two to three hours. Never let yourself feel hungry.
