longer cycle or higher dosage

My stats 5'7 195 training 15+ years the last 2 on "the sauce". This will be my 4th cycle, my question is this, would it better to run test e @ 500mg a wk for 15 wks or 750mg for 10 wks? I will be running equipose @ 400 mg 10 wks and tren 75mg ed the last 4 wks of cycle. Was up to 210lbs but lost my gains due to injury, couldnt train, didn't eat..........

run 500-700 for 12 weeks, eq for at least 12 weeks, tren last 4 imo.

i like eq for a long time...i would almost even say start the eq a couple weeks before the test...cause that hunger steps in for me at about 2 weeks...then the test can come in...good luck bro also if you have it...eq for me at 600mg ew was way better then 400

If its tren a, I would run at start for kick starter.
