long term damage on steroids

Hello bros.

theres losts of opinions on whether steroids damage you in the long term but just wanted your opinions and theres no one better to ask then people juicing.

personally ive started my 3rd cycle and cant wait for it to kick in but i dont think i will stop juicing till ive done about 8 cycles but then who knows ill prob do more.

how many years of juicing does it take before you actually get heart and liver probs etc?

Is test the best and safest choice in steroids? what dosage is to much?

Is it best to stay away from Fina, Eq etc which really isnt made for people?

Thanks bros for your help!

Thats a hard question to answer correctly...It really all depends on what kind of cycles you have done, what the dosage wAs, if you took anything to prevent damange..to many variables involved i think. Thats one reason to get your blood tested regularly

I think we still don't know enough, and everyone is different and the compounds each of us take and what they do to us is also different.

The guys that seem to be *healthy*, old, happy, and still fit are the guys that were/are on moderate/therapeutic dosages and/or run HGH at a reasonable dose.

I ran a cycle that was 6-8 months long, the last 6 weeks I was on TRT dose of prop 50mg Mon/Wed/Fri..during the cycle I started at 500mg test and 300mg ace, I got all the way up to 100mg ED of ace and 1000mg a week of enan.. I have to say the best part of the cycle was the last few weeks on just low dose prop and hcg.. I think it was a combination of things, the smaller injections so pain was none, i was having libido problems and it didn't worry me so I felt focused and satisfied slightly worried.. My progress kept going those last 6 weeks, and I think I looked my best.. At this moment a year later, I wish I would have never got off my 50mg m/w/f.. Going to see the doc today..

In the end problems with cholesterol affect a lot of organs and unfortunately some of the more important ones..liver, kidneys, pancreas, heart, even our arteries.. There is no hiding AAS affects the way our bodies process lipids.

Edit: the reason i did the low dose prop at the end was due to the length of time and dosage i was on with the ace.. I was having some serious fina flop when I went from 700mg a week to 300mg for a week and then when I ran out the following week it was downhill for my sex life.. hcg, prop, dost, cialis&viagra let my summer happen..

If you abuse any drug, there are obviously a chance for damage. If you use any drug, the chances for damage are there, but protection and knowledge is key.

It's such a tough question to answer.

I think if you take precautionary measures, as you would when taking any drug or medicine then the long terms effects can be nil.

Personally, I am worried about way more things that could potentially cause long term damage other than AAS.

Think of it another way too. If you use AAS to stay lean, muscular, and in shape and keep your body healthy otherwise then you will be fine.

A good majority of people I know that have health complications as they age are a combination of things A) being overweight or obeese B) genetics

Being overweight or obeese can cause so many different problems. If you use AAS and Supps to keep you in shape for the rest of your life, all else equal like genetics, you should live a healthy life.

+1 Sonic

Moderation + knowledge are the keys in my opinion. If you are cautious and conscious of what you're doing, I don't foresee any major issues. AAS is not a game. It's serious business. If you don't push the limits too far and have regular blood work done, I think you are ahead of the game in many respects.

i know a few middle aged guys who have had heart attacks and kidney issues. all ate extremely healthy. afew went crazy with dosages. afew were always mild and low dose. its a risk you either accept or dont use.

I've also seen some middle aged guys who have had heart problems, heart attacks, kidney and liver problems, etc... That have never used AAS.

I'm not saying your friends problem aren't caused by AAS, and I'm not saying their problems are.

But a lot of genetic/hereditary problem get blamed on drugs from time to time.

Agreed! I'm 65 and have sampled for 50 years. My use has changed as knowledge has increased, going from a few pills in the 60's to full bore cycles today.

All my testing says zero damage including heart, liver and kidneys, while bigger and stronger than my genetic limitations. Lost all my hair though. LOL And lots of sun damage.

Amazing! I guess the scare tatics don't work on you? lol...I keep thinking about Neson's "Steroids for Health" article.

I can relate to sun damage. Growing up, we never used sun screen. I used to get burn't so bad. Now my face and back have sun damage.
