can you lay out the advantages of running long Esther steroids versus short Ester steroids? Like doing propionate vs. enanthate or cypionate?
I’m 26 years old and 15% body fat 210 pound and tall. and looking to do my first testosterone cycle
I have did oral only Cycles before

It's up to you whether or not either are an advantage. For me longer esters = less pinning which suits me fine.

it depends on your goals.....you need to decide between short and long esters.....

It really just depends on how often you want to pin, if you are interested in shorter cycles, and what kind of flexibility in your cycle you require.
