Loeffler's Oxafort is not widely distributed yet-at least in TJ. Alot of places dont have it even though its been out since December of 2001. I've yet to hear about any domestic sources selling it yet either.
Honestly your better off getting the Ttokkyo or waiting until the next batch of papervar is out. The papervar will be cheaper and of better quality IMO.
