Liver hurts...No-shpa (no-spa) for liver???

Alright, being from Russia, I know that Russians use No-shpa for liver, kidneys all sorts of shit. It relaxes muscles in organs and you don't feel any pain. Worked very well for my mother...
Ok, here is the question. I don't have a fucking spleen (was surgically removed when I was nine...) just on 20 mg of dbol my liver kicks ass. I cannot sleep at night....
Would No-shpa work fine or any other suggestions? Should I look for ALA and take more milkthiestle? I already take approximately 1000 of thiestle...
Help, bros... Haven't slept for FOUR days, fucking tired. Need to recover from gains and workingout...
