This is by far my favorite clen! Been taking AG liquiclen and YES since my last cycle...and I'm starting to notice my abs again.

I've had a few cramps in the past few days though (I'm currently on 120mcg liquiclen and taking 4gs of taurine). How much potassium should I be taking?

potassium gluconate, the regular store sold, I go with about 1000mg/day minimum++, they are usually real low dose tabs.
