Is it ok to cap it cause it tastes terrible. And can all 100mg be taken at once. With pills id split it up but idk if the absorbtion is different with the liquid or not?

Yes,you can cap it just fine.I would split the dosages up to twice daily to keep blood levels stable,as it is the same compound(and absorbed the same)whether it's in liquid suspension or tablet form.Hopefully you're taking liver protectants,that's a fair amount of drol you're running.
