Not just something those with a vested interest (so TRT clinics) can push but an actual issue. Note it's NOT an excuse to go on cycle and have a high level either.

guys should be testing their hormones as they age for sure.. blood work is the blueprint to your body to flag problems

Docs should add it to the post 40 and post 50 tests we have here.

This also shows why in some cases going on TRT can be a life changing thing. Some guys really need it and it makes that much of a difference. I wish more people would go the legit route for TRT though instead of self-prescribing.
