Lean & Ripped at once

hey guys i am on my 3rd week of test/deca/dbol cycle. I am 33, was 209=218lbs, 6'5"

250mg test c = wk1- 10
250mg deca wk1-7
40mg dbol ed wk1 - 10
2 pumps of AiFM ed
YES ed

I am not trying to get too huge, but more lean and ripped. Can I achieve both at the same time? Is there anything I should throw in.

I have small legs (Genetic, no matter how much i use to work them with out gear they wouldn't grow), so this time around I am doing more legs than upper body.
My shoulder and arms are huge (Genetics) i don't even have to work them.

My goal is to be between 220-227
 
hey bro, i'd drop the dbol to only 6 or 8 weeks, and run the test a little higher maybe 4 or 500 to stay above the deca. other than that , looks good. Very popular bread and butter stack

Actually you should drop the Dbol down to four to six weeks. It is hard on your liver. Dbol will make you feel huge very fast with waterweight! I have not used deca but everyone says it can have an affect on your manhood so you might want to go to the AG guys and pick up some liqui-cialis or viagara. Cialis kicks ass in my opinion. While you are at it pick up some Clen & T3 from them too. That will help you get lean. If that was your goal to get lean I would have said cut out the deca and just stick with test prop and tren a or E make sure your diet is clean and you can do both. I just use my bulkers as an excuse to eat like a madman but then I have to work to get rid of it.

Drop the d-bol to no more than 6wks as they mentioned. Extend the deca to at least 10wks.

BTW bro @ 6'5 210, I'm certain your arms are not huge so don't ignore them. Remember lift BIG to get BIG. Sounds like you've been doing too many reps/set in the past. Also if you're just trying to lean out don't expect your legs to grow. I don't know how many times it has to be said but you have to eat to grow. I don't care what kind of gear you're taking.
 
I would drop the D-Bol to 5 weeks and extend both the Deca/Test to 10 weeks. How many cycles have you done ? Geting the "lean/ripped" look all depends on your diet. If your diet is in order you should have no problem achiving your goals in time. Are you doing cardio ? if so, how often and for how long ?

I'd have to see a photo of you but at 6'5 and only 218 id say bulk up 30 or 40 then cut up cause your probably going to look very skinny at 6'5 and 190

Yeah, I'm a little confused. It sounds like he wants to get ripped but gain 10-20 lbs during the process and also get his legs to grow. I think he needs to decide whether he wants to bulk or cut and then repost his "clearly stated" goals.

This will be my 3rd over a 5 year span. My diet has been up to 6 eggs, 1 can of tuna and a shake before the gym.
A shake, chicken breast, veggie 4 eggs after workout. Shake, chicken salad for snack.
Dinner i have steak, shake, fish, shrimp.

Snack before bed. 20 mins of cardio, plus I sweat like a pig cause my AC is broken. LOL

I take it your work out in the morning? what exactly are you trying to achieve?
