Excerpt: As stated in a few previous posts I am planning on putting together a daily (hopefully) log detailing the next 12 week sarms cycle of LDG + S4 from esarms. I’ll will look to post experience whilst on cycle including updating various stats e.g. weight, bodyfat %, workouts, calorie intake and overall wellbeing and thoughts as I progress through the 12 weeks. I’ll start by posting my current stats on the day the cycle began, today… Age: 38 Weight: 84.5kg (186.3lbs) Height: 188cm

    Second shoulder/arms session of the week today. Dosed as normal and hit the gym for 6am…

    Hang Clean & Press – 4 x 12 @ 47.5kg (105lbs) + 2.5kg*

    DB Lat Raise – 4 x 12 @ 14kg (30lbs) + 2.2kg*

    Upright Row – 4 x 10, 6, 4, 2 @ 45kg, 50kg, 55kg, 62.5kg (138lbs) + 2.5kg*

    Push Press – 3 x 6, 4, 2 @ 60kg, 65kg, 70kg (154lbs)

    Standing Cable Curls – 4 x 12 @ 32.5kg (72lbs) + 2.5kg*

    Seated DB Curls – 4 x 12 @ 11kg (25lbs)

    Close Grip Press – 4 x 12 @ 47.5kg (105lbs) + 5kg*

    Standing Tricep Extension – 3 x 12, 1 x 10 @ 25kg (55lbs) + 2.5kg*

    Wrist Curls/Reverse – 4 x 12 @ 7kg (15lbs) + 1.5kg*

    GHD Crunches – 5 x 25

    *Increases from Tuesdays workout

    Felt good again today in the gym, feel like I’ve got more in the tank with most lifts. I’ve put together a 12 week program to run alongside my cycle. Looking at making steady progression throughout. Unfortunately I cannot post progress pictures due to the nature of my work, I’ve got quite a few distinguishable tattoos so staying incognito would be too difficult.

    M1 MK – 3caps @ 7:00am, 2caps @ 16:30, 2caps @ 20:15

    BIG gym session this morning to finish the week off. Upper body felt tired from the weeks training but today was leg day so all good. Saturday is the only day of the week that I don’t train fasted. I ate porridge oats with banana and protein peanut butter before heading to the gym. Saturday is always lifting followed by a team based workout…

    Back Squats – 4 x 16 @ 70kg (155lbs)
    DB Walking Lunges – 4 x 16 @ 45kg (100lbs)
    R.D.L – 3 x 10, 6, 4 @ 70kg, 90kg, 120kg (265lbs)
    Good Mornings – 3 x 10, 6, 4 @ 50kg, 54kg, 56kg (123lbs)
    Standing Calf Raise – 5 x 15 @ 55kg (121lbs)

    The team workout was…

    Workout felt savage as I was performing it but I was happy with the score, the runs felt good and I didn’t feel overly gassed. My lifting numbers aren’t great but I’m starting the program at a modest pace as I haven’t lifted this much in a few years. More room for improvement.

    Rest day. Dosing a little all over the place today. Nothing else to report. Busting to get back in the gym tomorrow morning and up those numbers!

    Into week 2 of my lifting cycle, felt good again this morning. Not really noticing any strength increases at the moment. I’ve read multiple times that these particular sarms can take around two weeks for the user to see any difference in body composition and strength. I do feel slightly leaner today with my lower abs looking more prominent. Also my arms feel a bit more pumped. Weight hasn’t changed a significant amount since the beginning of the cycle.

    Day 14:

    LDG – 10mg @ 5:45am

    M1 MK – 3caps @ 5:30am, 2cap @ 08:30am, 2caps @ 18:30

    Weight – 83.4kg (184lbs)

    Two weeks into the 12 week cycle. Wouldn’t say I’m noticing any big strength increases yet. Increased the weights in the gym this morning but wasn’t always able to hit the 12 reps on every set. HIIT cardio day tomorrow so we’ll see how that feels. Weight has stayed the same since beginning the cycle which is a little disappointing.

    Cardio HIIT training this morning. Felt good during the workout. Don’t feel that the sarms are effecting my cardio in anyway, which is good. On a side note, I’ve seen a few people discussing the taste of the liquid sarms. They are fine tasting to me, kinda a little sweet and I don’t need a chaser. Just wanted to drop that in here.
