what is the cheapest and best laser hair removal method i did a search on elite and had seen as low as 125.00 that work good and as high as 1500.00 that did not work. can someone lead me in the right direction. thanks

The cost is going to depend on the body part you want done. I 'm having my neck done now (I always get razor burn bad on my neck.) I'm paying $150 per session. You're looking at about 4-6 sessions to remove the hair completely. That makes aout $900 for just my neck. The whole face will run about $450-600 per session.
