Never had labs showing elevated glucose but Thursday had results showing 113 in the AM fasted. I’ve been on mk677 for 5 months. Guessing this could be a contributing factor. Anyone think so too?

Interesting results, and I guess that could be the cause.
unfortunately growth hormone and its family of PED's can cause greater insulin resistance.
also abusing anabolic steroids will do the same
now i would not be so reliant on blaming either but they CAN contribute is all i am saying
