Knots

I read a post where someone was complaining of a knot in his delt and it reminded me of something. A guy at my gym, decent size guy, not huge though, has knots on his arms and legs. It's hard to describe, just knots. Then I saw a young kid, like 18 who had one knot on his forearm that looked exactly like this other guy's. Does anyone have a clue what this might be?

sounds like scar tissue from repititive injecting, hard to say without seeing them but i see alot of people walking around from knots or lumps from sight injections. Other are prone to fatty tumors.
