Kidney Cleanse/Detox

Is there any merit to any of the herbal supplements out there for kidney cleanse/flush/detox or is the only method simply lots of water and or cranberry extract etc. ? Looking for a little added protection next time for 17 AA in my cycle. Any advice appreciated.

This is for your liver and galbladder. I posted it up a long time ago. Does work well for the liver IMO.

The liver is my favorite organ. It can take a beating and still bounce back.
Nonetheless, everyone should try and get in at least two "cleanses" a year. I feel a thousand times better after each one.

Personal benfits included:

improved skin tone
lost 2 inches off the waist
bad breath and body odor diminshed greatly
needed less sleep and felt energetic while awake
imprved mental clearity
sex drive went up

I like to think of a liver, kidney, parasite cleanse as "PCT" from life.
